2% Exclusive listing service provides: A licensed CAR Realtor to coordinate the sale of your home which covers step by step all transfer disclosure statements, organizing the escrow process, communicating with the buyer’s lender to ensure the buyer’s ability to perform the purchase. We also provide E&O insurance on every sales transaction, and a Real Estate Sales sign in front of your home.

As a licensed Realtor I will do my best to be available from 8 am to 8 pm, 7days a week to answer all your real estate questions and concerns. An Exclusive listing means no other Real Estate company will receive a commission for bringing a buyer. (This option excludes all internet advertising).

4% Listing service provides: All that you receive with the 2% listing with the extended advantage of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and your home will be for sale on many other Internet websites! Including promoting you home with a youtube video. The internet is where most home buyers and Realtors are looking when buying a home. With this option, you will only pay 4% for a full-service Real Estate listing from the sales price of your home at the close of escrow.

We provide Real Estate representation for 2% or 4% compared to others charging 5% or 6% and sometimes adding other fees to that.
